If you'd bother to do your due homework before posting junk like that you would know that the Iranians use English markings on their mortar bombs.

By all means though don't take my work for it... here's the picture from the Iranian company that manufactures the 81mm shells:

Those photos are Amig 81mm mortar rounds produced in Iran, the shape and fuse are correct as are thye four mid body lines and tail. See AMIGs own picture of theirs.

The M43A1 Mortar is a WWII US mortar design produced by Iran. (bet it's an Old Shah holdover manufacturer license.)
