My results

I did the o.o. treatment on Friday evening. Saturday morning while getting ready for work, I showered and washed hair with KMFOO soap. It felt good, oily, but good. I did not have a 'serious detox' as far as tingling (minor but not major) went. I even feel tingling (minor, again) today (Tuesday). It almost feels as if my crown chakra is opening...that is the sensation of the tingling, to me.

At any rate, I was able to remove my cap yesterday and just wash and go to work. It is soft (and due to weather here in MI) it also has static. Which, by the way, is mildy annonying. When I move my hair back from my face, it stands up :-/. I am not using anything on my hair. I am not drying my hair with blow dryer. I am anticipating healthy, natural hair!

It is 'straight and kind of lifeless', at this point but I will just pull it back for now...if necessary.

So, thanks for sharing the information, Ozone! I am looking forward to seeing a difference in my hair.

OH and I just wrote out a 'thank you and release' note to my entire body. I am thanking it for all it has done for me, to the best of its ability and releasing the old and allowing Love to enter in and allow my body to function at its Highest ability...and lest, I forget, I also forgave and am honoring. I will be doing this on a daily basis, in front of the mirror. I am looking forward to the results!

Have a light filled day, Ozone and everyone else!

Love, Light and Peace,
Beth
