Forget Colloidal Ionic Silver because quite frankly you will not be getting enough! The easiest way to sort this problem out is proper levels of water and himalayan salt!
If your body weight is 100lb then half to 50 and take in ounces of water daily (obviously split throughout the day)
For every 1 litre of water taken you need 1/4 tsp of Himalayan Salt.
You can also add 2-3 cayenne pepper drinks a day (250ml hot water with 1 tsp Cayenne)
You will be sorted very quickly as long as you do as above.
If you drink tea then add the same amount of water in the tea on top of your water needs because tea dehydrates you. Coffee you need to double and the same with alcohol!
