To Carlie20, I read your replies and want to pass on that I gave up dairy for four years thinking my problems might be IBS and I lost 1 1/2 inches off of my height!
I did drink a ton of soy milk and rice milk but I wanted to pass that on. Calcium supplements might work if you can stomache them?
(I've been looking into the Candida diet but I'm just kind of sick of these insane changes in diet that really don't seem to make any difference.)
