Would someone please post protocol

I just discovered this forum this evening. I can see that it would take
me hours or days to go thru all the posts. I'm tired after a long and
stressful week; would someone please be so kind as to post the protocol
for this Lugol's Iodine and whatever else you need to take along with it for
it to work best. thanks so much!
