"I am on a blood thinner called Coumadin (Warfarin). Are there any products I should not take?
People on anticoagulant therapy need to avoid vitamin K, which aids in blood clotting. It is assumed that there is some naturally occurring vitamin K in Phyt•Aloe® capsules, Phyt•Aloe® powder, and Manna•Bears™ supplements, therefore it may be advisable to avoid these products. A*****ose AO™ capsules also contain Phyt•Aloe® powder.
"GlycoLEAN® Accelerator3™ capsules contain ginseng. Some literature refers to the possibility of ginseng potentiating the effect of warfarin, which might result in the lengthening of blood clotting time out of what would be considered a therapeutic range.
"GlycoLEAN® Catalyst caplets, Glycentials tablets and CardioBa1ance capsules contain coenzyme Q10. Some literature refers to the possibility that coenzyme Q10 may diminish response to Coumadin (Warfarin), so the patient should be monitored appropriately."
Perhaps this will help in your considerations.
