I usually do the roasted eggplant with all the other ingredients except the CO,I add olive oil instead....my family loves it with pancakes.I can't imagine how it will taste with CO but I guess it would be good for the body.
BTW,I'm applying the CO packs and I did my second CO cleanse yesterday.I go all day with the CO(literally have the runs)but I feel really cleaned out.After two or three months I plan to check my cholesterol to see how it has affected it.It's too early to see any improvement yet but I will keep the forum updated.
Thanks for posting about the ginger and CO for arthritist,I'll give to my husband,but why not use the ginger roots?
