Thanks for clearing that up. "Not harmful" works for me with some stuff.
I'd use mango if I could. Hands down my favorite food. That stuff is the crack cocaine of the fruit world...I could eat it for forever and not have enough. But it doesn't hold a candle to the banana in terms of ease of preparation. And cost.
On other fronts, I have stopped my ice-cream bingeing under the guise of cayenne pepper ingestion. It wasn't working (i.e. the cayenne was not immediately removing the congestion caused by the dairy, a la the Diet Coke cancelling out the effects of the Big Mac). For a while, though, I felt like I was on to something big in ice-cream marketing...
