1) I applied to inner arm as that is what is specified in literature. I applied to breast because breast tissue needs lots of iodine. BTW, the Iodine I applied to my breast is but a distant memory(12 hrs) as is both patches applied to arm(12 hrs/18hrs).

2)I suppose(?), but we do need to face the outside world occasionally:) I'll be taking it internally.

3) You can use plain old drugstore Iodine for the patch test

BONUS) What was wrong with eighth grade? Sweet mystery, raging hormones, righteous indignation... :)

Gather some info for me, my dear! I am still not up to speed on this, there's a lot of info in a short time. And you know what I've found out about info gathering/doing over time? It all comes together, when the time is right. And we find ourselves well prepared... :)
