I read that when you break a fast you need to break it without hard foods for a week. Yogurt and cooked vegetables. basically soft foods. And yea you shouldn't go back into your old eating habits because those are what got you to the weight you are at now. But if you eat healthy then it is ok to have you guilty pleasures every now and then. You shouldn't completely cut yourself off of things that you like because you will binge later, so eat the really chocolatey cake instead of the reduced fat one. You will be more satisfied and won't crave it nearly as soon. Its about moderation, and compromise, not deprivation. Hope that helps!
