Re: do you wonder why kids hair is always perfect and they never do anything to it? heres why, and how to reclaim your perfect hair!

Ozone,

I sure hope you see this!

So, I tried this last night...used castile soap and then olive oil. Left it on overnight and when I woke up my scalp didn't 'feel' any different (which was fine). I figured, if nothing else, my hair got an oil treatment (my hair is not long) and my scalp got it, too.

At any rate, so I went to wash hair, again with castile bar soap, and many hair went with it! Now, I am not too worried about that BUT it has not done that in a while. I do not use shampoos with SLS, any longer...think it has been something like 6 months absolutely but can be up to 12-15 months. I was 'weening' off it then just said forget it and gave that shampoo to others who use it (and choose not to change).

So, is it normal that my hair would be coming out doing this protocol? Is it hair that was not healthy, perse? Or, what would your opinion (or anyone's) be on that?

Thanks for your help! Have an inspired day!

Love, Light and Peace,
Beth
