pineapple and carrots is actually recommended for candida. They kill it, so if you experience any symptoms after drinking it's die-off. Juice about 3 inches
of peeled ginger root with it (stick it in the juicer at low-speed) and that's even better! parasites
hate raw ginger.
Juice that wheatgrass if you want it, any pretty much anything else! juicing
is amazing for skin and it helps to clean out the organs. If you have a bad candida problem, just avoid oranges, I've found the orange acids aggravate the parasites
too much. I've never had a problem with anything else. Pineapple juice also kills tapeworms.
There's evidence the whole avoid fruit thing if you have parasites
is a myth. Fruit is very cleansing. Try to introduce it in small amounts - particularly papaya (again, this kills parasites like crazy - expecially those huge Carribean ones). If you can get fresh thai (young) coconuts (the white ones with the pointy tip), eat them and drink the water in droves. Just ask how to cut one open if you don't know how.
Avocados are great for the skin. Flaxseed oil is great too. It's only a problem if you eat avocados and no other fat for months. Eat an avocado one meal, eat flaxseed oil the next (or the next day, if you want), ect.
Take a silica supplement. I've found that helps too. Eat garlic - 1 clove/day if you can tolerate it - it kills parasites too. Any discomfort it causes is die-off.
Take the Humaworm - I'd take it every 3 months for a year (it's very inexpensive - only $25) until you're sure you're clean, then take it 3 times a year (every 4 months). I've used it - It really works.
I've found putting oil on Acne
doesn't do anything. Try nixing the Vit. E and go for the pure tea tree oil?
Also, your Acne
is probably related to your detoxing. Your skin is your largest organ, so all the junk from inside you is making it's way out. It's a good thing, but it's not fun!! I'd suggest you go to the sauna (you can go at the local YMCA, gym, ect.) everyday if possible - spend 15 min. in the sauna, then get out and take a cool shower, then go back in for 15 minutes. Then once again, get out and take a cool shower to wash all the sweat/toxins off. This really does help. Acne
is more often than not about internal toxins than external ones (on the surface of your skin). Once you're clean and balanced in the inside, you'll clear up.
