I used to eat like a pig, and not gain any weight. I still feel hungry after meal.
I like to try decitel, but right now I am experimenting with food elimination. I avoided wheat for three days, I had no symptom. On Sunday, I had a bowl of wheat cereal, and the smell was so bad that I was sick of it. I continue with this process until I rule out food sensitivity , and will post if I get good result.
