rainmaker
first off that site says nothing about what levels of concnetration might caue a negative reaction. where are the studies? the references? i have found very little hard evidence anywhere that silver
Iodide is toxic, in fact i cant find anything about it at all.
as you know silver
Iodide is what they spray on clouds to stimulate rain, in the process known as seeding clouds.
this articles says its very toxic, however, checking the footnote they provide shows that some articles they reference don't mention silver
Iodide at all, and others mention it but say nothing about it being toxic, so its poorly researched at best, and a lie at worst.

silver iodide may in fact be toxic, i really dont know, but i cant find any hard evidence for when how and where it may or may not be toxic.
having said that i doubt adding some silver and
Iodine to water will create silver iodide, but again i dont know, it may.
