Hey! thanks for the tips...I kinda had a feeling my good gut flora was impaired

it was a 21 day master cleanse, and I am actually also doing a parasite cleanse (using humaworm) with 1 garlic clove smashed daily and swallowed (garlic is from sulfur rich Chinese soil)

thing is, garlic and humaworm both kill good and bad bacteria (as humaworm admits) and he says 4-5 days post humaworm to take a probiotic
