please look over my thread with madi on back and neck forum..it shows what i am doing.

definitely get a mri-you need to no exactly whats going on.

i went to a chiro and it made it worse for me. everyones different. but the constant adjusting AGGREVATED it (all chiros said no you NEED this to get better) well i am not 100 percent but i felt a 100 percent better after stopping.

it takes a LONG time to heal almost 4 moths post from car accident (3 herniations) I cant shop because it aggravates my neck (moving too much) and get tired really easily when i work (i HAVE to lie down in the middle of the day to rest)


dairy Sugar and junk inflame your body to begin with (i felt it during the holidays.

i also mentioned wobenym for inflammation-i think its really helping me.
