Don't say she was hallucinating when it was a bad dream that she woke up from. Dreams are real in their world but not in the physical world. Give her as little food as possible and let her eat fruits with vitamin C. Don't try to lower her fever. Her body is doing its best to heal itself.

The main message of natural health is that it is only the body that can heal itself. The hotter she is, the more she sweats. Colds and Flus are partially caused by a lack of sweating in cold weather. How stupid are people. The body tries to eject poisons from the body with vomiting and diarrhea and then people try to stop this.
