Do you guys eat any food before your workouts? Its been hard for me to leave behind the idea that I'm going to lose weight if I dont have any food in my stomach before my workout. Also, the day after your workouts do you guys do anything special to promote muscle growth?
What I have been doing so far is eating a smaller meal at 4:00 before my workout consisting of something like a turkey sandwhich and then after my workout I am having my big meal.
Another question I have is when should I do my cardio keeping in mind that I dont want to lose any weight and what foods to eat before hand.
