Re: abdominal pain!

Thank you so much for your feedback. I really appreciate to hear anything, just to know I am not all alone here.
Well, as far as my bowel movement - when this first started, I was a vegeterian, and i was in a period of eating a lot of fruit - it was in the summer, so my husband thought, i overate grapes, that caused me so much gas, that is got stuck inside, and that that was the bloating... i was really eating a lot of grapes for those few days... then I had no gas at all for many weeks, which was weird. Then I started to eat chicken and turkey and eggs, because i thought it was going to help if i dont eat so much fiber. 3 of the doctors said it was probably just gas.
i wrote to a gastro forum and the doctor there said it is a possibility of an inflammation of the colon from an infection, or ibs. But I am not sure. He said that the first treatment with ibs is more fiber in your diet, which I am trying right now. I also went to a chiropractor yesterday, and I asked his advice, and he said it could be a muscle tear, but when I said I sometimes feel a lot of gurguling inside where the pain is, he gave me some cleansing tea, to see if that will help.
Well,the pain seems to got a little worse in the last month, I dont know why. One doctor said i should continuoe to work out, ( i stopped in the beggining, because it was hurting me) - because that will help clear the gas.
And my bowel movements seems to get better, I was a little contipated in the beggining of this problem, but now it is back to normal...
And I also got my blood work done, and I have my results right here with me, and hemoglobin and esr are perfect. Thank god!
So it is just frustrating, how come no one can tell what is wrong? I had cat scan done, - perfect! My Gp mentioned colonoscopy, but I am such a scardy-cat when it comes to doctors, that the pain will have to become unbarable for me to go do that....
I just wish someone would give me an answer and medication, and I want to have a normal life again, with no pain!
But maybe i should just accept this, and hope that it will work itself out...
Who knows? Just your response for some reason made me fell a little better...
