Noooooo....SWF is only a morning thing, done on
an empty stomach. If you cannot get up early
enough, then do it on your days off only and
use the lax tea option in the morning...its
best to drink the tea just before bed or you
will be up in the night doing throne duty...

Filtered water is what is meant by purified
water. Boiling will kill bacteria but not
filter out the chemicals added by cities to
clean water up but which are not always effective
or safe. You can distill water if you have a
distiller or buy water. I have 5 gallon bottles
which I refill at a reverse osmosis stand found
at most groceries and WalMart.
