Same as optimum, I still have and have been pulling for about 6 months with benefits and I'm still standing, or at the moment sitting!

I believe there are a # of people still with Amalgams that are OPing. The ideal would be to have them removed, however, not all of us have the financial backing to do that, and yes, it should be high on the priority list, but paying the rent/mortgage/food does one a lot of good too!

I think a lot of the concern is when still having Amalgams to take things that draw/detox mercury out of your body because it will just draw the mercury from the Amalgam and could cause nasty effects.

But OPing should be safe. If you give it a try and have problems, brain fog, etc., then you would just back off.
