i did the lax tea last night, had my first SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) this morning, it works as stated in the book, the lemonade is really gooooood! i premixed the water, lemon and syrup for 60ozs, i'll add the cayenne as i go. i also have peppermint tea, and plenty of water for the day. ohhhhh neosporin and vaseline for the runs lol i hope im on the right track, i have plenty of questions about breaking, but i'll get to those later, i want to at least make it to day 5 before i start asking tks you guys are really helpful!!
