No I already HAD slight anemia before.

am- lemon juice with maple syrup

pm. pinapple/apple

pm pineapple apple

pm- carrot apple beets ginger (some spinach)

only curious cause I am POSITIVE i have parasites (saw them in colonics, enemas) and tend to have have small hard stools and my energy levels tend to be low.
