I'd say that is pretty darn definitive. I am sure you will still get your Conspiracy theorists who say otherwise - there are still people who insist we have never been to the moon. I was against the war from the beginning but I will not shed a tear. This is the only positive thing to come out of the war. Saddam was responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of people. That is a fact. No appeals needed, no loopholes need apply.
