Hi!

I am chelating nightly since last September when I got all my metal fillings completely replaced. I've been using Chlorella, Activated charcoal capsules, Sodium Alginate from Nature's Sunshine, and one capsule of 200 mg Alpha Lipoic Acid (started that one recently to clear out any mercury from the brain)

During meals I supplement with Butchers' Broom, and in my salads will cut up a clove or two of garlic. I also eat raw apples and raw pineapple after meals.

There's more, but this is what I basically do on a regular basis since getting my metal fillings out. No more dizzy spells, and I don't get migraine headaches anymore. I also noticed that I no longer am getting that dull pain in the veins in my legs, and no more swelling in my ankles at the end of the day.

Dr. Dennis is right about the supplements-- because if you have ever had mercury seeping into your body,- or still have metal fillings-- you will find that you will need more magnesium , selenium with Vitamin C and bioflavonoids.

Seems from what I've read in Hal Huggin's book, "It's All in your Head" (about dental amalgam poisoning) that these minerals are at low levels in people needing to chelate out methyl mercury that has accumulated in the body from metal fillings.

I prefer to use natural source vitamin C with the bioflavonoids.-- the more natural , the better. I wouldnt doubt that doing an organic orange juice fast after getting fillings out would do a World of good!
