Some of the people who post "Miracle Cures" are just trying to advertise a certain product. Other people only came on Curezone to be cured, and once they are, they leave.

The best cure for Acne is to drink 8 glasses of pure water a day, sleeping at least 7 hours a night, do a full body cleanse (including a parasite cleanse), use a gentle facewash, use clay masks (bentonite or french clay) and tea tree oil on your face (I like to mix them together) to draw out impurities, and eat ONLY whole, natural foods, concentrating on fresh fruits and vegetables. Supplement with a good quality cod liver oil for essential fatty acids and vitamin A, and throwing in a zinc supplement wouldn't hurt either. A superfood supplement can also help if you can afford it. Saunas are also GREAT for acne, go everyday if you can (15 minutes in, then take a quick shower to rise off the sweat/toxins, then do another 15 minutes in the sauna). Make sure you get a handle on your stress (meditation, yoga, ect), reciting positive affirmations also helps (ie. "I love and approve of myself" "I am worthy") Sometimes people cause Acne within themselves because they don't believe they are worthy of clear skin, they think they're being 'punished' - no one is being punished!! Acne is usually the cumulatively effect of stress - physically (too many toxins in the system) and emotionally (negative thoughts).
