First, I'm really glad you are okay.

But, I wonder.

I've read some small mention of a 'healing response', or some such, where the body kicks in some huge reaction...mustering defenses we didn't know we possessed, and generally amazing us.

Plus...

As far as I can see, it makes sense to me that every species of living thing has a 'recognition' of 'like vibrations'/energies each according to its own 'gifts' or capabilities.

I mean, we know that dogs have a far greater sense of smell than we do. I'd bet my bottom dollar that they have other capabilities developed over generations. Maybe they can sense, say, a need for body warmth, or two hearts beating as one, or whatever the need might be...and instinctively supply it.

Dogs and humans aren't attracted to live together for no reason at all.
