Do you think the $20-$30 ionic hair dryers give off a comparable amount of FIR, compared with the $150 model? Maybe the more expensive one just costs more because they went through the process to get it "approved for medical use"?

A FIR (Far-Infrared-Sauna) Sauna for $300! You got a good deal!

I can't even think about ordering anything large right now; we are likely to be here in Japan for only one more year; once we get back to the US, we can take advantage of free/reduced shipping costs.
