Hi everyone, my name is Matt. I started taking Dr. Byrds recipe 18 days ago. I went through a slight detox for the first 12 days. I'm taking them for various reasons, I broke my foot and it is not healing. I also have asthma and chronic bronchitis. I haven't really noticed any changes yet. I'm taking 4 teaspoons a day, is that enough?
My girlfriend has Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, how many teaspoons a day should she take? Do you guys have any advice for her as far as what she can do to beat this? Should she take probiotics also? Thanks for your time, Matt.
