Plus: Volunteer...!

Any good cause that you volunteer for is bound to have other volunteers of like mind as yourself.

(This is not my original idea...just one that I admire.)

If you find that the people there (where you volunteer), or the system they use, is not to your liking, you can always withdraw your services and chalk the whole thing up to experience.

A good excuse, if you need one, might be that you are 'cleansing' for the next three months, and need to remain close to your own bathroom. (He-he.)

Besides, adults don't need to tell reasons. Fulfill your promises as well as you can, of course, maybe find someone else to fill in for you, if possible, but simply say that something unexpected came up.

Quickly go on to volunteer elsewhere...you don't want to lose your momentum.

P.S. Laugh, at every opportunity...even if there is nothing funny going on. Best look who is watching when you laugh for no obvious reason. You know why, but others might make the wrong guess.

And, make a statement, once per day..."I release all obstacles to happiness." It can't hurt.
