I started with sesame and did not see many results. Then changed to olive oil after a week or so and that was when I had the crisis-then-improvement.
The other thing that seemed to help a great deal was to start with the liver flush. After the first one I did I did not see dramatic skin improvement, but after #2 I did.
It is hard to attribute a result to an action here. I think the important thing is to see what works for you. My first suggestion would be to switch oils. My second would be to add the liver cleanse. If your liver is not working properly because of congestion, then toxin elimination may be re-routed to your skin.
