I have never been on the A*******e from M****tech. I have made my own.

I have not added the gum tragacanth, gum ghatti, or the rice starch. but I take
Inulin powder. I do not add it to the overall mixture of the above but just add l tsp. to the mixture each time I take it.

I also take a probiotic at the same time I take the homemade version of A*******e.

I would suggest that you read all the information sent by loweduane.
I do not have a serious health problem - just trying to maintain.
