mixed emotions??

At first I thought after 9/11 we had to do something but as time has went on. I have felt for sometime now we should have gotten out of Iraq. Its hard to see them ever changing to any large extent.I started feeling like we needed to concentrate more on our own borders and security in our own country. I hear crazy stories about nuclear bombs planted here by foreigners and so many terrorists just waiting to attack from within. I believe this is more than likely true and I ( unlike many americans) thought we should close our borders and begin investigating. Most people think that is totally unamerican to close our borders but if we have been a prime target and under attack we should do what it takes to keep our country safe. I don't care if it takes 10 years to figure out who is suppose to be here or not. THey needed to start somewhere instead of nowhere. I wouldn't think any country was terrible for doing that if they needed to. They could always reopen them at a later date. If we get nuke from within will they still leave the borders open then? I wonder. What are your thoughts about the war and what should we be doing now? Tweet
