well really, so we leave the nurturing of our young lives to men , is that it? or do we put them into institutions. look back through your life my friend, is that your preference?
i have no need to justify myself to you grog or anyone else to that matter.
as far as atheist go they are welcome to their judgement, it's their conclusion and nobody can refute their beliefs as much as atheist have no right to the same.
we can debate. if we keep out the trash that has always been the 'sticking point' we might at least respect each others point of view, personally i dont think that will ever happen. believers in God are sanctimonious, atheists are more intelligent. so the twain shall never meet.
