Re: frustrated looking for answers

Our granddaughter(Meg) just turned 9 and has had these types of vaginal pains off and on for several years. After dragging her many different medical doctors and finding no solution to the problem, the med docs are now saying it is "in her head" when they can find no signs of bladder infection, etc. It's been very frustrating for all involved, to say the least. Finally last week, our daughter took Meg to a chiropractor who does kinesology (may be misspelled) testing (muscle testing) and found her problem is allergies to yeast and candies like M&Ms which have something in the candy coating that affects her. (She had eaten a lot of M&M candies after Halloween Trick or Treating which set off the pains in her vagina.) The chiro. gave her some tintures in eye-dropper bottles to take and she has to stop eating certain types of candy and yeast breads. Also she had taken Antibiotics for strep throat recently which is a BIG cause of yeast infections in females. If you take Antibiotics for anything, be sure to eat acidophilus or yoghurt to put the good bacteria back into the female organs or the yeast will proliferate and cause yeast infections and allergic reactions. Good Luck. We know how frustrating it is to deal with a child in pain with no idea of how to help her. Medical doctors don't have a clue! Email me to let me know if this helps.
