Raw meat soaking/marinating


Has anyone had experience of soaking their raw meat in something that might kill any parasites in it, like garlic or other herbs? I've read a couple of things that involve lemon juice, I would like very much to know the options when it comes to soaking/marinating it. Does this AV man describe such methods in his books? I'm looking at perhaps buying them.
