raw food diet for dogs
Hi everyone
Just been reading a few posts and picked up you feed your animals a raw meat diet?
Why is that? Are there any health benefits, I assume there must be if you are doing it? Is it because a wild dog would eat like that? If so, is there not a difference in the purity of an animal a dog would kill and eat and the chemical laden raw meat I would be able to buy them?
Im just intrigued to know what the thinking is here and whether I should give it a try. I have two labrador dogs and currently feed them on a dried complete food, along with pilchards, tuna, chicken, liver and some brown rice on occasion.
Is it cheaper to feed raw?
Would I not be giving my dogs
parasites feeding them raw meat?
Thanks in advance for your answers/guidance.
