Some of the ingredients are water soluble gums and can expand greatly when wetted. You have to make sure you get them good and wet buy mixing before thourghly before drinking and drink a lot of water with them. Gur Gum is used as a drilling fluid to seal drill holes as it expands greatly after wetting. You don't want them expanding in your gut.
