That sounds like a good strategy to me. Ozonated water has a 20 minute half-life. With Ionized Water it is a little more complex. There are several things that make Ionized Water beneficial:
1) The high PH factor
2) The molecular structure (smaller molecules, therefore less surface tension that makes it 'wetter')
3) The energetic nature of the water (ionized with electricity)
The PH aspect will remain in the Ionized Water for a very long time if not indefinitely until something corrupts it.
The other 2 properties have limited life in the water, but if it is kept in a dark container and prefferably refrigerated, it should last up to 18 hours or so. So, it should be perfectly acceptible to take the ionized water to work with you and receive all the benefits. Not so with the ozonated water, unless of course you bring your ozonator with you. But then you'd have to explain what it is and that could get tedious and/or embarassing in some environments.
