Personally, I drink ozonated water far more frequently than Ionized Water . I think perhaps it's just easier to make. I have one of the cheap water ionizers (think I paid about $100) where you have to fill up two chambers and add a little salt. Then you attach titanium electrodes and let it separate the acidic from the alkaline water. It take about 2 hours.

With ozonated water you merely drop the stone in the water and ozonate. Perhaps it would be different if I had one of the really nice ionizer machines for about $800.

At any rate, I'll make up a batch of Ionized Water if I ever start feeling acidic. I've been drinking ozonated water for a couple of years and there should be no problem doing so for the rest of my life. I can't think of any reason why the Ionized Water couldn't be taken indefinately as well. We eat such an acid producing diet in our modern society that our body needs all the help it can get to raise our PH.

Incidently, I've heard of someone who ozonated ionized water (though I've never tried it myself).
