That looks like a mature liver fluke - there are many types of flukes - some are red some look like leftover mushroom and some just look like that in the picture - they only come out when they are dead - this applies to all parasites - they wouldn't come out if alive... dont worry it is more common that you think. just do a cleanse Tweet
