I will say juicing is so time consuming, and The Master Cleanse is so simple. I had heard people say that they didn't think just the tea alone gave as good of results as the saltwater flush, so I kinda gave up on it. Maybe I will try again. From your experience...do you feel it cleans you out better than a juice fast? Did you heal better on the master cleanse? I am also curious...you said you did go on a juice fast. How long did you stay with that? Sorry for all the questions, just truly interested.
