As a source on inulin I bought dandelion root power from Rose Mountain Herbs. The problem was that it is so bitter, I couldn't drink my mix or at least didn't want to. I ended up putting the dandelion root into capsules in order to bypass my taste buds. Next time, I think I'll just buy the pure inulin powder.
