I just purchased some MSM in powder form Jarrow. I presently drink H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) every morning when I first get up and when I go to bed in the evenings. When should I take the MSM & how much? With meals? Before meals? or after meals? I mixed the MSM with 8 oz filtered water. How do you know the MSM is working?
I weight 185 lb. I have been prescription free for over a year now. I take vitamins & supplements and try to eat a more alkaline than acid diet.
