Story on the kinokatara pads

I was told today the people where making all kinds of statements and saying the pads take away pain and not sure what all statements but the FDA confinskated (sp) the pads I think at customs because they where making claims without proof.
Thats way they where not being sold.

I heard they are available again but they said to see if they are in the states or if you have to buy from another country.

Heard they are good pads but got themselves in to trouble making alot of statements the FDA did not like.
