My friend do NOT be put off by some scare stories and hype! The Clark cleanse although the most powerful has a wonderful track record! You could do the Richard Schulze method which is easier in a way but its over days where as Clark's is a day. Your kids would need to be sorted and in bed before you took the Olive-Oil as you have to get straight in bed and keep still for 20 minutes or more and not get up in order to remove stones and crap.
