full time working mom needs help!
Hi... I need some guidance on where to go here.
Two years ago I purchased M****tech's A*****ose and the mulitvitamin for me ( woman in 30's, slight overweight) I used the products for 3 months and felt nothing!
I also got the M********s for my kids- not that they would feel anything, but it was piece of mind for me.
Then...I was not working for awhile and could not afford it anymore. I kept up with the M********s for a year for the kdis, but not for me.
Two years later, I feel like total crap.
I am always sooo tired. I am a teacher (full time now) and have two young children and my husband works at night a few nights a week. I am like a single parent in a lot of ways. I am naturally a stressful intense TYPE A ( if there was another letter in front of that, that would be me!) this is how I have been my whole life, even in childhood.
I also suffer from allergies. So two years ago I went "natural" I went to Whole Foods and did all the cleanses: bowel, parasite, liver, yeast.....
Nothing. Repeated it again. ... nothing. Even went for a series of colonics. Never felt anything. Now I know I won't feel miracles but I am doing my body good, but I am tired of being always tired and luggish. Am I literally pissing my money down the drain?
I went to an alternative doctor who did the spit test and said my adrenals are not good. My cortisone (cortisols? ) are all out of whack- elevated at night and depressed during mid day. I do sleep well at night but wake up never feeling rested. Usually around 7 at night I am spent and can barely keep my eyes open.
He told me to eat a clean diet and do stress relievers.
I am one of those people that seem to catch everyone's colds.
Here's the weird thing- no matter what I eat, I ALWAYS feel tired after I eat- even bowl of broccoli or
juicing spinach . No matter what I am so fatigued. I could take a nap at any time.
I can't quit my job and I can't get rid of my kids( not that I would want to, but of course they are stressors) so what do I do?
I have been taking lots of vitamins but maybe I am taking the wrong ones.
SHould I be taking an aloe one, or is M****tech the ONLY company to get these glyconutrients from? I truly can not afford their products anymore.
I do exercise everyday- I do pilates, aerobics, and weights.
any help is welcome!
