Yes, you can do that. Don't be scare when you hear someone got Argyria from hi dose.
Back then the ppm is way to big for a cs maker. Now is the 20centurey, ion CS is way, way smaller than that of the old day cs. You will never get Argyria as long you are using the ion cs maker. I realy skeptical about the alegetor cs maker though.

If you stick with 5ppm, drink 8 oz a day, 4morning and 4at bedtime.
If you stick with 10ppm, drink 6 oz a day, 3morning and 4at bedtime.

NOTE: Hi dose of CS usally cause diarhea in my experinment but lower the cs will stop that. Use hi dose only when you are very ill.
