--answer-- Champion Juicer and root vegetables

Hi,

The Carrots and Beets and Sweet potatoes should not be fibrous as you are saying they are !

"IF" they are like this, then they may have too much Potassium in them and may have Potassium Nitrate, which is not good for you !

Potassium Nitrate will "STOP" your Blood from carrying "Oxygen" !

How long can you live without Oxygen ?

You may want to find some better vegetables ?

These may be Poor Quality vegetables !

I have a champion juicer and it has juiced many things in it's life and has not had any parts replaced yet !

I have no problem with it juicing these kinds of Good Quality foods, as mine are "NOT" fibrous !

Too much Potassium and not enough Calcium and Phosphate may allow these vegetables to become too Fibrous !

Smile Tis your choice.
