Hi! I am new to juicing and I think I just had a similar experience with garlic. I made cucumber, celery, tomato, garlic, parsley and carrot juice. I used a whole, smallish clove of garlic for 16 oz of juice. I managed to drink 8 oz of juice, but it was very spicy. Almost too intense to drink, but I did manage it...
My question is: How much garlic should I be using for one serving of juice? I think I'd really like this juice, with all the healing powers of garlic but not all the...bite.
